Red Bull Air Race

We had a trip to Ascot Racecourse at the weekend to see the Red Bull Air Race! What a day, the skill the pilots have to take those planes around the course so fast!!

Having never seen the Air Racing before, it really was amazing to watch the planes fly so close to the ground at such high speeds, all whilst navigating around the pylons. It was also the first visit to Ascot itself, and again what a spectacular venue. The main grandstand is something special to see for the first time, both inside and out.

We took over 1200 images on the day, but have edited it down to around 60 which can be seen here. But we have put a few up in a gallery above.
