Seaham Youth Theatre asked us to film their performance of High School Musical 2 on Stage. It was been performed at East Durham College in The Lubetkin Theatre they have there.
It was the first time working with the group and at the theatre, but we knew the director of the show as Jonathan had been in ‘A Bitter Taste of Coal’ that we filmed last month.
Instantly we were so impressed with the talent of the theatre group, also to see how professional the show was in terms of tech and the way it was produced on stage. The quality of the singing was amazing, especially coming from the young performers.
We filmed with 3 cameras, 2 manned and 1 locked of wide shot, meaning we get everything covered. Have a look at the small preview of their show!
